The Master Empanada Class at Loaded Empanadas welcomes participants to learn the authentic process of preparing and folding empanadas from scratch. From dough to filling, each attendee will have the opportunity to explore this Latin American staple under the guidance of seasoned culinary instructors. Meanwhile, the Master Cooking Class at Via Brasil Steakhouse offers an introduction to traditional Brazilian Rodizio preparation, including seasoning, grilling techniques, and meat carving traditions that are central to Brazilian cuisine.

Guests will be guided through the entire empanada-making process, including dough preparation, folding techniques, and flavor combinations. The class is designed to be hands-on and fun, and no prior experience is needed. The cost to attend is $45 per person, and all cooking materials are included.
